Rosie Finally Is Gone From The View
Rosie won't be back on 'The View'
Rosie O'Donnell has fought her last fight at `The View.' ABC said Friday she won't be back on the show following her angry confrontation with co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Wednesday.
O'Donnell asked for, and received, an early exit from her contract. She was due to leave "The View" in mid-June.
"Rosie contributed to one of our most exciting and successful years at `The View,'" show creator Barbara Walters said. "I am most appreciative. Our close and affectionate relationship will not change."
In a statement, O'Donnell said she was grateful. "It's been an amazing year and I love all three women."
Presumably, that includes Hasselbeck. The two exchanged bitter words on Wednesday over O'Donnell's opposition to the war in Iraq. They've frequently had snippy political exchanges during O'Donnell's year on the daytime chatfest, but never as long and loud as that one.

I don't watch this show, but we all hear about it anyway, if we watch or listen to the news. Rosie is an angry person and many times we have heard about how she makes enemies along the way in her life.
I wonder when she will wake up and see that anger like she has only drives good people away from her. It goes beyond having an opinion that is not conservative, it is her manner, her delivery, her rage at those fighting the terrorists and wanting to keep us safe in our homeland. She has blamed the troops for the deaths of Iraqi's...LIE. Death of terrorists sure I hope so and let's have more of that. But she blames the troops and said many times they kill INNOCENT Iraqi's, occupy a land that is innocent of wrong doing etc.
Her staff trashed the dressing room. I doubt it was “her choice” to leave. She was outed as a Islamonazi propagandist on the order of Axis Sally from WWII on national television and her staff took it hard.
Why it took “this” level of outrage to drop her is beyond me.

Aren't there more important things to talk about than Rosie? I live in the mid-west (Iowa), and we have many wind towers and I am quite sure with Rosie's motor mouth we could run these towers for a VERY long time.
