Al-Sadr says he is being targeted and has moved his family to safe place

Al Sadr said that 400 of his men had been arrested and that he is also being targeted, prompting him to move his family to a secure location, the Italian daily La Repubblica reported.
Pressure is increasing on Al Sadr's militia ahead of a planned security sweep aimed at stemming the sectarian violence ransacking the Iraqi capital. Yesterday, US and Iraqi forces arrested one of the cleric's top aides in Baghdad, his office said.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki has pledged to crack down on Shiite militias as well as Sunni insurgents in a planned security operation to quell the sectarian violence in Baghdad.
The Shiite cleric said he is being targeted.
"For this reason, I have moved my family to a secure location. I even have had a will drawn up, and I move continuously in a way that only few can know where I am," he was quoted as saying by Repubblica."But even if I were to die, Mehdi would continue to exist. Men can be killed. Faith and ideas cannot," he said.
Al Sadr said that "there are at least four armies" ready to strike against his Mehdi militia: a secret army he said was trained in Jordan by the US military, a private army he said is at the disposal of former Prime Minister Eyad Allawi.

I imagine he would not want his family to be subject to an IED or car-bomb going off in a public place, as he has ordered his militia members to do to others. What a coward he is!! After all that mouthing off we heard from him over the last year. Poor baby, payback is a bitch! Al Sadr thinks he's being targeted? I hope he's right.

Poor Moqtada. He plays the terrorist game. Now he can wonder when that sniper's bullet will find him, or where that Hellfire missle will come from. Or if captured, he can worry if his fat body will separate from his head at the hangman's scaffold.
I hope our troops and the Iraqi Army clean house in Sadr City. I bet bunches of those 4oo captured Militiamen are giving up lots of good info as a prelude to the big battle.

Sadr is a diaper-load like Nazrallah..a lard-ass coward badly in need of a wire brush shower.
They hide and don't fight. Islamists are cowards, period. The occasional nutcase blows himself up under the influence of drugs, or doesn't realize he's on a plane headed for a building.
Zawahiri, same thing, although not a fat loser, a standing commercial for hemorrhoid. A snearing gray-faced artifact from the dead culture of Islam. Screw him, too. What kind of young man follows turds like these?

RWC, I agree, now it is al-Sadr that can live in fear. He has done a lot of horrible things and truly needs to be taken out in every sense of the word.
