I have supported the GOP for more than forty years..since I first started to vote. But I think the party that believed in fiscal sanity and taking responsibility for one's actions has left me to cater to the PC crowd of the left wing as well as rolling over for big business. I still can't lower my standards to support a socialist democrat..and I feel that I have to cast my vote in order to have a right to bitch. But I may be voting a write in for Mickey Mouse because I think that is what the whole political system has become..Dizzy Disney

GUYK, your absolutely right. It's very hard today to tell the difference between Republicans and Democrats, especially when it comes to spending and pork. They are more worried about being reelected than doing what is right, not realising that doing what is right is what got them elected in the first place.
I'm so fed up with RINO's but do I want to turn the nation over to Democrats, especially when our men and women in uniform are in harms way.

The Repubs seem to function only with strong leadership, like a Ronald Reagan or Newt Gingrich. Under Frist and Lott, the Repubs just have not functioned. I also think Bush has been a poor leader or motivator.
