The New York Times, of course, is criticizing the Pope too, demonstrating once again that Islam's most reliable ally is liberalism. They have a lot in common.

You took the words out of my mouth. I too am sick of this crap. In fact, I don't think I could be sicker than if I were to eat a bag of spinach.

If I were a Muslim (I'd shoot myself) I would be seriously considering converting to another faith, any faith. Don't these clowns realise they could just go and get married and be just as discontent.

Where are the thousands of protesters when Ahmadinejad promotes the destruction of Israel and the west? We are FAR too apathetic. Instead, we invite that schmuck to the US.

Just once I'd like to see Bush on TV, looking directly into the camera with a banner as a backdrop which reads " A message to the Muslim world", and say " Ahhh Shutup".

I hope our welcoming party for Ahmadinejad is thinking this through. There is alot of excess spinach on the market right now. When the Iranians grace us with their presence next week, I can think of no better way to show them we care then to have complimentary spinach pies for their whole entourage. I'll even cook!

Benedict's central point is that religion is not advanced by violence, but by Reason. If Islam ever advanced itself by Reason, I'm not aware of it, which is consistent with its results everywhere it dominates a culture. Poverty, oppression, violence, backwardness and misery are its companions. Oil wealth has kept it alive and thriving, where other historical mistakes have disappeared into the evolutionary junkyards.

The bearded screwballs pissing on themselves in the "Muslim Street" over the Pope's remarks, once again prove that point. Islam took a wrong turn centuries ago, and this is its dead-end. There is even something funny, as if God has a grim sense of humor, that Islam behaves this way.

The notion of Free Will, which inhabits the liturgy of most major religions, including the marginal cults, is completely missing in Islam, except among the "moderates" of song and legend, and I haven't seen any of those although I'm told they exist. Maybe they're riding Unicorns. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

The one thing I notice when the muslims get their knickers in a bunch is that it's always an example of the pot calling the kettle very black. The accused are "intolerant" (from one of the most intolerant religion in the world), they're "racist" (from one of the most racist religion in the world, They "incite" violence (from one of the most violent religions in the world.
But what's most upsetting is that people in this country of freedom are buying it hook line and sinker. Can we now vote them off the island??

The recent event out of Britain with the plan to blow up airliners must have been a very close thing. Bush was shook enough to call them "islamofacists', before backing off the rhetoric. Our problem is weak leadership, attuned to political correctness. Bush will not do what needs to be done.

Bush needs to call islam the enemy in this, a religious war. He needs to halt all immigration of muslims, close the borders to illegal immigration and tell the country what traitors and enemies the Liberals and media are. Of course there would be retaliation, but I think the vast majority of Americans would rally to Bush.

It will not happen though. Unless maybe we are attacked again with horrendous casualties. Even then??

Pope Benedict XVI was very courageous in saying what needs to be said in regards to Islamo-Fascism. And he hasn’t apologized for what he said. He just said he is sorry that the Muslims were offended.

But, I guess the Muslims can’t handle the truth.

By the way, leftists have come out and renounced the Pope’s comments.

I have to agree with you. It seems they are more tlak and less action. They don't even have themselves organized to promote what they preach. Islam is a peaceful religion, yet all you see around the world is Muslims with guns and masks on. Islam promotes respect and equality for women, yet it's the women who are beat, oppressed, and controlled by the Muslim men. Islam may say these things but Muslim's are just hypocrites. I'm sick and tired of hearing about this bullshit, if they want an apology, they should apologize themselves for being utterly stupid and get their act together first. Then come to the world community and ask for demands. What hypocrites!

The thing that amazes me more is that liberals in this country, so hellbent on being PC, are the chief supporters of people who, if they had it their way, would repress women, minorities and, hell, all the freedoms that we enjoy in this country :S.
