Iraq's al-Qaida threatens to 'destroy the cross'
Al-Qaida operatives in Iraq threatened on Monday to
"destroy the cross and to slash the throats of those who believe in the cross."
The group cautioned Pope Benedict XVI, who sparked anger among Muslims worldwide after making remarks last week about Islam, that they would continue fighting their holy war against the rest of the world's non-believers.
The Mujahedeen Shura Council, an umbrella organization of Sunni Arab extremist groups that includes al-Qaida in Iraq, issued a statement on their Islamic website, warning the pope of their agenda to take over Rome.
"You infidels and despotic, we will continue our jihad (holy war) and never stop until God avails us to chop your necks and raise the fluttering banner of monotheism when God's rule is established governing all people and nations," the statement said.
The group also warned the non-Muslim world that an ultimatum would be given - "conversion to Islam or death by the sword."

We are more easily satisfied in the West. We only want to kill the non-infidels once each. I wonder what their blood pressure is like as they get all bent out of shape and rant, rave, burn effigies/flags, protest and threaten. Some of the may not need explosive belts to go "boom". What they all really need are honest jobs, but not in America.

wow, such a tolerant and beautiful religion =P hahaha, can we say "hypocrites"? Didn't they say that Islam is the religion of tolerance? What's with the ultimatum then? Muslims can't seem to abide by their own ideals.....i guess it's just all fiction in the end....

Listening to Al Qaeda issue its threats to Western (Christian) nations reminds me of a pack of Chihuahuas barking at a pack of Pit Bulls, knowing the Pits are penned up.
It’s a shame what G.H. Bush and Clinton did to our once mighty B-52 fleet, scraping them to the Bone Yard in compliance with SART treaty appeasement. Could you imagine the awesome sight if these were still operational, flying in formation over some large Middle Eastern cities.

Looking at those pictures reminds me of will and resolve this nation once had to defend itself and its allies. Now, it takes a fight in congress to get appropriations to build just one new bomber. BTW, they’re not building any more.

Tom now that is very possible that they have high blood pressure.
They don't look like they go to dentists, take showers and if they do have high blood pressure they wouldn't even know it.

They want the fight, give it to 'em already. Tell the idiots in DC to get out of the way and let our military do what no other countries can or will. Time to take the chains off the dogs.
BTW, I've never been afraid of the little yip yap dogs. They tend to run away and yap from a safe distance. Now the dog that don't bark, just kind of watches you, that dog I steer clear of.

dude, here's something funny. You remember that place in villanova, pa that you wrote awhile back. That guy in charge, Mustafa Ahmed? I checked out his resume he posted online and he lied about it all. I went further to investigate him and found out he's a wife beater and child abuser and he's the religious leader of the cult! So it seems Muslims can't even tolerate themselves! They beat on themselves until no one can take it, then go after other people.
