Not For Me Nope
McCain-Feingold reminder:
For two months up until the ‘06 election, political ads and agitation will be off-limits.
Amendment I.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
That is why I don’t need any “interim final rule” to say what I want to say: I already have a permanent, non-negotiable rule—and that rule applies to Congress, not to me. Note that the First Amendment doesn’t have an asterisk which says *unless there’s an election looming.
So McCain/Feingold can shove it where the sun does not shine. We at Theodore's World aka PC Free Zone blog will not be falling for your BS. I have NO intention of NOT speaking out and they can kiss my ass! I stand on the First Amendment!
And a VERY special thank you to John 5 (VN69/70) for the heads up in my email about this.

McCain-Feingold - I wonder if those two Senators even understand how anti Constitution their bill is. McCain sometimes just likes to see/hear his name, so he would edorse anything to get his name on it. Maybe we should rename colonoscopys, the McCain procedure.
WT, I see you read Kim du Toit also. He is South African and has seen a country go into anarchy from political correctness gone mad.

I am lifting this and will post it on my site as well. I am still having trouble with the Court decision that found the bill constitutional. One thing about it, there are 3,500,000 blogs in the USA. I wonder what the courts would do if we all posted the notice? Arrest us all?

Tom I just keep shaking my head no no no and floods of anger everytime they keep doing this kind of stuff to us.
I starteed reading Kim when I first started to blog and then he stopped for awhile, glad he is back. YOu are right Tom, he knows how bad it can get.
