Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen
Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3 (1868)
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
or elector of President and Vice President,
or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States,
or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath,
as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States,
or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer
of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States,
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Kerry is a low-life. But, he is in the Senate which is comprised of lots of elitist low-life. I can't remember when a sitting Senator was defeated, regardless of criminal activity, amoral behavior or distaste by the public. A Senate seat is almost a life long certainty. In fact, I think a few Senators like Byrd and Stevens may actually have died a few years back, their cadavers just occupy the seat.
The only remedy is term limits, and that won't happen soon.
Kerry may be slightly annoyed at the effort to make him release his 180, but he is not worried that he will ever have to. Ditto Murtha.

Tom that is the truth. It really does not bother Kerry or Murtha about any of this stuff. They truly have no conscience at all about anything.

Skerry is slime as well as a Traitor to this country! He has only one thing in mind, is own power and greed, Period! I for the Life of me do not understand Ma.??
Name one piece of major legistlation in all his years in Congress that he has sponsored or co-sponsored??
What are those people thinking??
