This proves the importance of free speech and a free press. It exposes the dangers, and rips the mask off. I wonder why I haven't seen the same people protesting the live decapitation of innocent human beings. I won't wait for the answer.

The argument is made that this kind of thing does not serve our larger purpose in the ME, because it alienates moderates. What do we gain by introducing western political ideas if they're so easily undermined by the openess that goes with it?

Of course the Arabs like Clinton. Islamic radicals attacked America all throughout the 90’s and Clinton didn’t do a thing about it. If Clinton were still in office on 9/11, Saddam and the Taliban would still be in power and Al Qaeda would still be operating freely out of Afghanistan.

Proof positive that it isn't just a few radical Muslims but that all of them, believe this way. If they all didn't believe in the death cult there would be widespread condemnation of their butchery, it ain't gonna happen. Carter and Clinton are loved by them because they'll both readily appease them by yielding to the lowest common denominator. As soon as the Quislings in the United States and around the world realize this the safer we'll all be.

I have learned I cannot expect them to protest like we do, in a non violent manner without signs of hate. Interesting how similar in some ways their protests resemble the hate the left shows in their signs of " Kill the Officer's in the Military and we will support our troops then"

Americans and Europeans had better wake up and smell the coffee before the free world is destroyed. Carter, Clinton and the rest of the appeasement orientated left should try living with these animals . If they survive, then maybe their tune would change.

China and Russia should take note also. The cult of Islam threatens them too. Yet they peddle arms and technolgy to Islam.

RightToCarry, it shocks me when I hear comments from Clinton and Carter because to be socialists/communist as they are is one thing
(if they keep their mouths shut). But when they spout their stuff and the world listens it does damage to America, to the strength of the stand we are taking as a country against the enemy. For me that is why what they say is double damage because it is a slap in the face to those in power now, and it aids the enemy.

RTC is absolutely right. The Russians and Chinese have a huge stake in the outcome of this battle. Particularly China, because a nuclear Iran will eventually have to be destroyed, along with China's source for oil.

My own views are changing on this war, and not only because we're worried about our sons over there. These people are quickly proving that they can never meet the requirements of even a primitive form of democracy. Boots on the ground in Sadr City won't change a thing. Some other form of weapon will be necessary to do the job.
